How do I order medication from Radius Rx Direct?

  • Enroll with Radius Rx Direct
  • Notify your facility or Prescriber that you will be using Radius Rx Direct for your pharmacy.

How do I enroll?

  • Fill out an enrollment form or send the facilities face sheet
  • Fax the form or face sheet to 302.658.8496 or
  • Mail the form or face sheet to:
    Radius Rx Direct
    P. O. Box 1159
    Wilmington, DE 19899
    or
  • Return the form to your facility and they will forward the form to Radius Rx Direct.

How do I order new prescriptions?

  • After you have completed your enrollment with Radius Rx Direct either
  • Send your prescriptions to:

    or
  • Ask your facility/clinic to fax the form to Radius Rx Direct, or
  • Ask your Prescriber to call or fax your prescription to Radius Rx Direct.

How long does it take to receive my medication?

  • Next day unless you have elected to have medications mailed to you, then
  • Usually within 2-3 business days your medications will be delivered to your facility or designated location.

When should I order my refills?

  • Order your refills when you have about a 14-day supply of your medication remaining.
