Our Story

Radius Rx Direct Pharmacy Inc. is a long-term care Specialty pharmacy that was established in Delaware in 2003. Radius Rx Direct was founded to provide specialized services and a customized formulary to meet the needs of agencies serving large numbers of special needs persons in Delaware and the surrounding area. Special needs clients include those with mental or behavioral health challenges, physical disabilities, substance abuse challenges, or those who are in correctional facilities.

Radius Rx Direct Pharmacy is a privately women-owned, and Women’s Business Enterprise certified, Pharmacy Corporation. After having spent many years as a Regional Director for a large, national LTC pharmacy company, our founder established Radius Rx Direct Pharmacy to service those members of the community who had long been underserved by large LTC, and chain retail pharmacy companies. Radius Rx Direct’s staff of pharmacists and professionals has more than six decades of combined experience providing specialty pharmacy and consulting services designed to meet the unique needs of the organizations we serve.

Radius Rx’s success in serving these specialty organizations is directly related to our responsiveness to those agencies and their clients. We have developed specialty consulting, medical records, and packaging services to meet the needs expressed by our clients. Additionally, we maintain an open formulary which ensures that the medications necessary to provide quality care for our clients are readily available.
